What this section is about

This section is about what happens to a career once you're seasoned. Reinvention, job searching with a long resume, ageism, learning new technologies properly rather than muddling along, and deciding what you want to invent and create and how to live your best life.

This is my version of Oprah's "What I know for sure". It's not an argument that things were better before. They were not. Colleagues and friends from all walks of life have taught me a great deal, and I never want that to stop. The point is this. Experience has value. Reinvention is possible. Your career does not expire at any age if you are motivated and excited to keep doing good work.
